연구실 소개

본 연구실은 식품에 함유된 유용성분의 구명 및 생리활성 평가를 통한 식품의 가치창출에 관한 응용 연구를 다음과 같이 진행하고 있습니다.

<수행 중인 연구>
1) 염생식물(비쑥, 함초 등)의 유용성분 구명 및 골다골증 예방 효능 평가
2) 찻잎(Camellia sinsensis L.)에 함유된 유용성분의 생합성에 관여하는 유전자의 기능 해명
3) 천일염 및 그 가공품(죽염)의 건강기능성 효능 검증
4) 난대산림자원의 항비만 효능 및 그 활성 성분 구명
